    Morning All shortly off to WFW, driving will be like dancing on ice. Looks mega cold and dicy out. Last day of noddy squad luckily, normality after today. Pinno is suffering insomnia or he's moved over to wheelspinners neck of the woods.

    Take the hounds for a painful walk, then work stuff. Later no running as I need to rest my hip.

    Didn’t sleep well as the honey made the sheets rather sticky 😂

    Another one here off this morning for a jab, but para mi at 10am it's another of the long running series of bi-monthly injections into the bad eye. Naughty eye. Behave yourself or this will carry on...

    Looks nice outside today, but probably minus a zillion degrees.

    Light duties for me, after skin doc took a small chunk off yesterday and a couple sutures to mend it. Stood around supervising builder bloke doing the excavation works, then got bored so went for a lazy walk.

    Nice day for it too.

    No migraine today. Assembly at 8.30, they’re always fun to see remotely. First live lesson for the week. Think I might have my turbo session early today, building up to the 4dp test on sufferfest on Sunday as the culmination of a 6-week plan. Maybe outdoors next week

    I'm quite happy on 6 hours good sleep.
    But quite fit at the minute - should I really say that? I find when i'm quite fit, I need far less sleep.

    High intensity roller sessions* and core stability. I've actually backed it off a bit so that i'm fit come spring.

    Well I’ve had the vaccine, very well organised,I had to sit and wait 15 mins after the jab because I was driving ,
    They even gave me a time and date for the next one.
