Went for a run at lunchtime, it was muddy which resulted in brief periods of running, jumping, sliding, swearing. Managed to stay upright thankfully. Some woman complained I made her jump when I said "excuse me" before passing her, how she didn't notice the panting noises approaching slowly from behind I don't know. Maybe she got excited thinking I was up to no good. Anyway, took a picture for Seano
