Morning, wet although milder, dog walked, bike at the ready for an early ride, new glasses to pick up later on.

    No lie in, just long walk with hounds and a quick run have delayed posting time 😂

    Work stuff and then either a bike ride or another run, basically ale avoidance for the 3rd night 😳

    Sitting in a car park slurping coffee with bambino prior to him heading off tp school and MF heading to local vaccination place to stare incerduosly at the local populace and their frickin' appalling dress sense.

    Apart from that he's actually on alright form so will male up for yesterday's tiredness.

    We only gave her 3 bits of advice for Liverpool:
    1. Watch your purse
    2. Don't support the football team
    3. Don't pick up the accent

    Luckily we've done some video calls with her so 3 is definitely not a problem. Not sure about the other two...
