Hello,
Just wondering what drinks/solids, people are using after a hour or 2 in the saddle, to alleviate muscle soreness,
I normally have a day off in between, just want to be prepared a bit better than i am at the moment for my next ride.

If you're thinking about things like protein shakes, by all accounts you can save some money and just have some chocolate milk like a yazoo.

I usually drink a pint of water as soon as im back home and jump in the bath, but i ve read about those recovery drinks, and didn't know if they were any good
Might need more after a 2 hour race, but I don't race. 😉
