Fizz will just be Prosecco I'm afraid due to me not really liking Champers that much.
Also have a Chablis premier cru in the chiller and if I'm not to wobbly, a cheaper sauvignon blanc for later. Not much point opening anything decent after that lot

I once selflessly turned down an eye wateringly expensive bottle of wine at a dinner paid for by advisors back in the late 90's on the basis that I was already a few sheets to the wind and wouldn't appreciate the good stuff. Busy day of training, Teams meetings, wfh, wfw and taking paperwork to the beautiful assistant. No lab coats involved. Looks like it's been even busier in here. Need to get garrrrrry and HM the tree shouterer back as well.
