Blazing's threads are the main reason I look at this forum.
Having only been out of the UK once (Finland - Rally of the Thousand Lakes in 1972), my knowledge of the place is lamentable. The colourful stage and race previews bring the route to life. Of course we accept a lot is cut and paste, but I would never go and find that information myself. Be a huge loss if they do not appear next year.

Thibaut Pinot is set to skip the 2021 Tour de France, in favour of a "more suitable Giro", according to French media.

Pinot is said to have "tired" of the pressure that comes with riding his home Grand Tour as a contender, which is a subject that has cropped up on here in recent years.
Also David Gaudu will lead the team at Paris-Nice in March."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -

Yeah I thought it was Bernal Giro, maybe Bernal will go Tour as support and Yates is Vuelta. Pidcock to the Vuelta as support is a possibility too0

Carapaz is going to the Tour too.0

Watching Bernal in Etoile yesterday, he was right at the back of the peloton while the rest of Ineos were racing at the front.
I would say that his road to recovery is going to be a long one."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -

Meanwhile, it seems that the UCI are giving the green light for an extra wildcard for the Grand Tours.
With Arkéa-Samsic, B&B Hôtels and Total-Direct Energie all getting Tour invites.
