White shorts are infinitely better than socks pulled halfway up your calf. Roglic's yellow ones are a particular monstrosity. Also not a fan of the jersey/shorts trend that sees them all the way down to the elbow/knee.rick_chasey said:

To be fair, a number of those riders have done well in Lombardia, with Chaves winning it, so shorter climbs are something they should be okay at. It's just whether they'll be able to help much on the bits that aren't climbs.pblakeney said:

Yeah, I thought he must have been ill or injured as not at TA or the Tour then saw he wasn't in the World's squad so looked and saw he'd won the final stage at Burgos (beating Landa among others) back at the end of July so wondered if something had happened since. If not then hopefully he'll be at the Giro to support Thomas and build on his experience from last year.RichN95. said:
