Multiple Sclerosis and training

I’m doing very well. Working, riding, training, etc. I’m blessed. But, anyone have any tips on recovery. How to tell if over training, just getting older, or symptomatic of MS.

I’m always trying to figure out how much training load my body can bear?

Anyone else have the same difficulties?

  • We all tend to over-train, so if you feel tired, it is safe to assume you are over training

  • Sounds simple, but if I take a number of days off, I’ll be more sore and stiff. That is a normal state for my body, now.
