Trouble is, Chris Boardman suffered with exhaustion (low testosterone levels) and retired at 32.

Glad to hear you are improving though you really should get checked out by your GP and have some blood tests done to see if there are any underlying causes. I’ve had all sorts of health problems over the last 18 months. Finally getting some good treatment from medication, good diet and good sleep. I’ve had to cut sugar, carbs and alcohol but it’s worth it to feel better.

Got a turbo trainer? Get one as it’s ideal when you have a nipper and have less time for a full ride.

Good luck. Just remember that if there is a medical reason for your tiredness you need to get it seen to ASAP. If it’s serious you might be leaving a kid without a dad. Sorry to be blunt but these things happen.

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

Try eating breakfast in the garden if you have one. Body clock is deeply affected by light and people used to heading out every morning can get out of sync without that blue light kick start in the morning. It shuts down melatonin production.

Without being rude, age? It catches up to us all. Look at your diet timing not just what you are eating, your body goes through cycles, has this changed in lock down? Try vitamin D if you are suddenly sun starved. Over-training can be an issue, you can do too much and it can become counter productive. Also move around during the day, your metabolism can dip if you are sedentary for too long.

Good to hear it is getting better, not sure if any of this will help, but you could try them.
