womens saddle and flat bars

Hi,

I'm looking to convert a road bike for my partner, so looking for recommendations on a budget womens saddle that would suit a casual rider.

I'm also looking for flat bars that fit a standard road bike stem, and 9 speed shifters.

Saddles are very personnal things so I'm wary of offering any suggestions. However in the "budget" range you could look at the Ergon SR Sport Gel at ~£80 or the Fabric Scoop Sport Shallow at £35 which is claimed to be a unisex saddle

However I've done a couple of drop bar to flat bar conversions for my grandson and used Ritchey WCS Alloy bars in both cases and these have been great and not expensive. Link to one of the builds below
