Breaking news: Dr Richard Freeman accused of ordering toilet rolls for staff ‘knowing or believing they were to be administered to an athlete’.
He denied any wrong doing and claimed the toilet rolls were mistakenly delivered instead of a consignment of testosterone patches and had since been returned.
The BBC's expert, Dan Roan claims to have found evidence that the toilet rolls had in fact been used shortly after the finish of the 2012 Dauphiné.
