Ouch eek bloody sore

So occasionally after a ride I've recently noticed an area on the right side of my perineum, an area of what looks like pinched skin. Goes down after a couple of days of care. Doest happen all the time but appears to becoming more frequent. As if the pad in the shorts is trapping the skin. I haven't changed my seat or shorts? Ideas on what's happening how to sort it

Try chamois cream or butt butter, cream call it what you want. Some people swear by it, personally only used it once. You could try an different pair shorts / pad, as with everything there are decent pads and rubbish ones and everyone reacts differently to them.

The pad on your shorts could be worn out (or gone saggy), or you might have gained/lost weight or changed shape.
Sounds like an excuse to buy some nice new shorts in any case.

Could even be hard cyst/s inside the scrotum.

I use sudocrem. Used it since I got on a bike in 1999.

That must be out of date by now! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Sudocream, you mean nappy cream. :Do:) . Some good answers might be worth trying new bib shorts first. If it still persists maybe swallow pride and visit the doc,s.
