Suito Trainer Calibration Failing

Please help - I just bought the Suito turbo and I cant figure out how to calibrate. Every time I try once the spin down gets to 0 i get an error that it has failed and timed out. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    I had a Tacx Smart trainer that did the same, I just left it for a few seconds then re tried, sometimes it set straight away at other times it took 3 or 4 attempts but always set eventually.

    Same with the Direto when I had one. Some times it would connect and calibrate, most of the time it would lose signal and post the error code. One of the reasons I got rid of it for the Neo.
    I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.
