Power crank compatibility?

I am interested in getting myself a power meter. More than likely left crank only stages or 4iiii (reviews appreciated!)
I have the 105 R5800 groupset/cranks and the meters seem to only come as 105 r7000. If i bought the r7000 power crank, would this fit seamlessly to my current set up or would I have compatibility issues?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

I went 4iiii 3 months ago... so far so good, but only used on the trainer so can only comment on consistency rather than robustness.1
