Washing machine has just had a good seeing to. Just waiting to see how many of the screeching noises are still there when it spins

Well, boring day here, done some odd bits round the house, off the mold pills now for 48 hours so its tempting for a swift pint, expect the pubs close for refurbing. I have rum though!

Battening down the hatches for the crap weather inbound tomorrow.

drink more bubbly, it's only rational response to the appalling forum design

I did. Andrew Edmunds. A little slice of old soho. Well, it's been there 30 plus years, i first went in 2001. Grower blanc de blancs at 40 quid a bottle. A 2005 chambolle musigny by Michel Gros at 10 quid more than retail. Some food, I had some chicken liver parfait and a grouse. Well worth a visit. Lovely people, extremely well priced wine.
Oddly enough, I have never been with either of my wives. A lovely little hideaway.

Morning all, still trying to recover my faculties from the shock of paying £6.30 for a pint in the "tapp on the line" at Kew Gardens station.
