What new books, podcasts, etc to study.

Hey guys, I’ve literally just started cycling again after a few years off.
Weirdly im excited To be starting alllll the way from the bottom like a beginner alllll over again. Long story short I had “Gillian barre syndrome” and I’m getting my life and fitness back on track. ((Look it up it’ll scare ya))
Question is, what new literature, podcasts, YouTube blogs, etc are out there currently?? What is a great source of info for me to absorb next??
I have joe friel’s “total heart rate training” and studied the hell out of it.

One I heard about today, not yet sampled but sounds interesting, verdict reserved until I have actually listened to a few is The Cyclist Pod, comedian and keen cyclist Stephen Grant and triathlete and coach Raya Hubbell. Could be an interesting mix.
neil.
