    Some very emotional scenes currently on TVP Sport.
    The whole peloton is stopped at 88kms, I assume at the spot where the tragedy occurred.

    More details from Lotto. Massive liver laceration caused cardiac arrest. Apparently that sort of injury would have made survival unlikely had it occurred in a hospital let alone on the road.
