Many thanks.

You pump them up untill you have 25-30% sag, it's that simple. Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0

Try 90-95 psi and go from there."Ride, crash, replace"0

Nobody can know what pressure you need without knowing how much you and the bike weigh, your desired riding style, whether you prefer a hard or soft ride and so forth. Which is why you have been getting answers talking about %sag. I am good mates with Billy Cool, but he doesn't know either. He does know what he's talking about however, so he is just trying to be helpful. Those pressures will need adjusting after you have ridden the bike.
Watch this from Fox, it will help you get it almost spot on first time. (You will still need to adjust after riding).

Thank you all for your kind replies to my post, gratefully received. Thank you lemonenema for the Fox F90 chart, most useful, will print that out and keep it for future reference. Thank you all for your input, most useful.
