Barguil in 10th. God knows why.

Because he is the best sprint option that Arkea Samsic have. Greipel hasn't had a top 10 yet, he is well and truly finished

    He's smaller than this carp.

Where was the shark of Messina in amongst all this aquatic action? Is he holding back on porpoise?

Proof there that worrying about your brakes doesn’t win you a sprint

Alaphilippe better get his skates on tomorrow if he wants to keep the yellow jumper! What price Nicholas Roach (sic) for the stage tomorrow?

Not a big fan of Ewan but he really deserved that. I'm finding Colbrelli frustrating having picked him for 2 stages now, he's consistently up there but his positioning is terrible. He seems to end up quite near the front and often out of the sprint train in the final km or so then starts the sprint from too far back. I reckon he could be challenging for the win if he could sort himself out.

Oh, nearly forgot a fish pun sorry. Do we think Groenewegen would have won but for that dab on the brakes?

Knowing that you would be so angry about it made Ewan's win all the sweeter :)

I'd be more worried about the fact he now appears to be some sort of spider. Handy in a sprint, is he?

My photoshopping skills are limited by skill first and foremost, my rudimentary equipment secondly, and finally the fact that I've had a lovely fish supper with lots of wine.

Still at least he now has more hands to dab the brakes, or not.

The Aussie commentators (Keenan & McEwen) calling the finish. It's interesting to see how two co-commentators interact with each other.

It's incomprehensible how much better they are to Kirby. Would love to have them for every race all season!

    Best English speaking duo.
Not really surprising that Ewan takes his new craft extremely seriously. Big fan of his.

Something about the Aussie way just grates however.
