Advice required re; dog attack ....

Hmm, Our cocker behaves this way, we were on holiday a few years ago and a little lad came up to say hello to it, dog wen ballistic barking at him, he burst into tears, Our dog's on a lead at ALL times outside, so managed to pull her back. Scared the life out of me as she's never done anything like that before in all of her 5 years, ever since that day she behaves the same way to 'small people' not adults, she's also started to snap at dogs who try and 'sniff' her. To a man every owner has said good on her for putting my dog in it's place. I'll have to google Cocker rage!
