Sore wrists

I had a bike fit done recently and after a 40 mile spin noticed my ulnar nerve and wrists started to get numb and sore which got worse the following day. The bikefitter said to expect some pain and niggles for upto 2 weeks then come back for a follow up. I was supposed to go for an 80 ml spin but decided against it incase I done more damage to my hand and wrist. I just want to ask is this normal.
Thanks

at the minimum, put the bike back to how it was before this guy jeffed it up.
and once your wrists are better go back and see the imbecile and get your money back.
tbh, you could pretty much set the bike up yourself and not go to these dudes and save your money but thats a whole other can of worms that we won't discuss here.......

Recognition at last Matthew, well done!, a justified honour
The thing is - you won't know if you are being 'set up correctly' if your last experience there is anything to go by. If you knew what the 'correct' setup was, you could do it yourself. As mentioned earlier - a side-on pic of you on the bike would be really useful...
don't.
go.
get money back.
set your position up yourself - its not difficult.
ride back with new position and punch him
