wiggle/chain reactio returns

Hi anyone else had any issues with making a return to them, mainly in getting actual payment refunded. The return itself was simple enough (using collect plus) but on last two items I returned I had to email them to see when my refund would be paid, this being after their 7 working day payment pledge. Both times once I contacted them payment was made that day, just doesn't seem very good that have to chase the money up. I have not had this issue in past with them, just last couple months.

Yep. Had exactly the same.
Sent two pairs of shoes back (in the same box on the same return)
First one went through fine.
Had to chase about the second pair, even though they were in the same box etc.
Email was answered and it was all processed within an hour0 -
WiggleCRC have really dropped off recently. Loads of out-of-stock stuff, pricing, even with discounts, not really very good. Curiously Bike24 are still pretty good, and they share the same owner.0

I'm also annoyed they quietly dropped the free Collect+ return service, which was the only convenient way to return stuff for me.0

Screwfix and B&Q have the same owner, but their prices are light years apart0 -

Prices are ok, and normally get offered "£5 off when spend over £30" voucher when visit their site. The delivery times aren't the quickest to be fair, but just couple days longer than wiggle, not that much0 -
My recent purchase is turning into a nightmare !
I purchased a set of Mavic Ksyrium Pro Exalith for my son and I received a
set of Mavic Aksium’s. I contacted Wiggle and arranged a return which cost
me £2.95, wheels arrived back with them via Royal Mail two days later.
I’m now heading into week three with no refund and I’ve had every excuse unde
the sun. Thankfully I paid for them on a credit card, I’m now going to let them deal
with it.0 -

I know !
The returns section on the Wiggle website wouldn’t let
me continue without first paying.
I feel as though I’ve had my trousers pulled down and had my arse smacked.
Thanks a lot Wiggle, I won’t be returning any time soon.0 -
wiggle has gone to the dogs. Twice recently i didnt get my Haribo0

Yes, probably should, but when the prices in LBS is 25-50% more then I'll put up with chasing up refunds0 -

Now if that came with free returns, I would likely do the same!
EDIT: I can't see anything about it on their website :?
Aha, looks like you are one of the chosen ones!I want to purchase Wiggle+ subscription, but I cannot find it on the website?
We are currently trialling Wiggle+ with a small selected group of customers, and therefore it may not be available to you right now. Lookout for our on-site and email messaging letting you know when Wiggle+ is available.Felt F70 05 (Turbo)
