Cycling with a tooth infection

I currently have an infected wisdom tooth which has been cleaned and treated by the dentist but is still causing me a bit of pain whilst it heals. I'm cleaning it regularly as instructed.
What I want to know is whether or not I should continue cycling whilst I have an infection? Are there any dangers in this and will it effect by body's ability to heal and deal with the infection.

It'll be fine. It'll probably help the tooth hurt less in fact - other aches distract from it, in my experience.
Same as anything, don't overdo it - probably not the time to go for huge distances/efforts.0 -
so long as you don't attempt selection or similar, you'll be fine. you're riding a bicycle.
