    Peleton are interval training at the moment. Full gas into the climbs and cobbles then tempo when they get there.

    I've never really got on with Kwaremont tbh.
    I'm on the La Trappe blonde now, trying to move up the peloton to get to the Kaizer Quint for Oude Kwaaremnont *2.

    CCC and Roompot shouldn't be allowed to ride the same kits...

    About 15-20 riders have a smll gap. It's a dangerous group. Moscon is in it.
