DFU Failure - Quarq Dfour

Tried to update my firmware today through my phone. Can connect to the PM through bluetooth and see an update is required but when it comes to updating the message saying there's been a DFU failure and disconnects.

Anyone have ideas as to a solution?

    Are you currently using the Qualvin BLE app to calibrate and update your Power Meter. If not then it would be worth you downloading this app’ to see if you can update the firmware through the app as this is specific to QUARQ PM’s only.

    Sorry yeah, should have clarified it's through the Qalvin BLE app. Every other aspect of the app works fine (zeroed PM etc before my session) apart from the update firmware function.
