LCL

LCL on one side is very slightly inflamed -- due to park run every Saturday which I have just taken up.
Obviously it is 6 days rest from running impact but is it worth considering the unthinkable and doing weighted squats?
I'll see how it goes after next Saturday.

Even you, I read your concern., and thank you.
I aint going to cause a major medical incident , trust me.
However, I am under the GP for a whole lot more serious business by the way but thats by the by.
