First time in two years

I'm getting back on my bike tomorrow for the first time in over two years after a simply hernia operation went badly wrong, any advise guys?

    Don't put a computer on. Just ride, ignore speed and distance, take in the view and just enjoy it.
  • Start with what you feel comfortable with. An hour should be plenty, perhaps 4 times a week if you want to start building up and gradually increase. Ride steady, at a pace you can still talk.

    Thanks guys, i was out for 55 minutes wasn't worried about speed or distance, its great to be able to get back out, and more important no pain.
