Also suffer extremely badly in the hands and feet department. Castelli estremos are the only ones I'd even consider now and even then I still suffer over 3 hours. Heat pads help extend the threshold a little. Heated ski gloves would be good but not keen on having to use a battery pack.0

These for anything below 5 degrees + silk liners if really cold.
The reflective version are particularly useful.
