As much as you need to stay hydrated.
It varies by person, heat and activity. There is no definitive answer.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

    Water is about the last thing you should think about reducing if you're trying to lose weight!

    It's not like it's laden with calories and fat and it allows you to carry on exercising!

    This, there's no definitive answer as it will depend on activity, atmospheric conditions and many other things. Dehydration isn't fun though so I would look to manage weight through food, not water reduction.

    I'd say about 5 gallons ...

    drink that in water and you'll be too full to eat anything - healthy or otherwise ...
