The Rapha Slides are apparently made for "pre and post rides". As opposed to all other flip flops that come with half of the features.

One side is for pre-rides and the other side is for post-rides, you're not supposed to wear them both at the same time

MF can wear them at anytime, but that's deemed as pre-ride so MF would have to ride his bike immediately afterwards.

  • what if mf puts them on by mistake - is he then enforced to go for a ride?

what if its cold or wet?

or does he just have to keep them on until he does get to go for a ride? what if that is like days away?

He could but a black and white man with a moustache and a colnago will think him uncool...

  • its too confusing this fashion stuff. mf no understand.

if he did buy some, would other Rapha wearers spot them and give him a knowledgeable nod when they saw him wearing them?

Would the shop staff all discuss what a fine purchase they are as he paid for them then, as he left, nod knowledgeably to each of at MFs purchasing prowess?

Wonder what's coming next, turbo specific drinks? A special towel? Wahoo coasters to put your bidons on so you don't get marks on your Wahoo desk? The mind boggles or maybe in this case Bungles....

wahoo flip flops to pad to the shed
    It's funny you mention that:

Many thanks for that - you just made MF’s jaw drop.

Oh for the love of all things holy and sacred. Where will it stop?

£35 for a pair of ugly flip flops.

    Mmmmm
Just establishing a thread to discuss this tool which is currently in closed beta testing. More information will be forthcoming but initially will be using this thread to share/capture response to beta tester inquiries which I believe will also be helpful for open beta testers.

For the curious, Interval Design Studio autodetects, calculates and trends Wahoo Fitness App workout metrics.

I will update this OP with documentation as I pull it together based on beta tester feedback.
All you need is whatever comes with your trainer. Just do interval repeats. Forget the software. It's all just hype.
