Power meter - best book?

I've just got my first power meter. I'm training generally, in that i enjoy the constant progress of getting fitter and faster. I will also be racing cross in the autumn and doing some big euro sportives next year. I also have a smart trainer in the garage.
I'd like to learn what my power data means, how i can use it to improve my training. What books do people recommend? I've seen the Joe Friel one, Power Meter Handbook, which is top of the list at the moment.
Thanks.

Just as a fyi the Coggan book is based around their WKO software. If you're using something else you should find equivalents for the charts eg the free Golden Cheetah has the 'PMC (Coggan) chart', QA (Quadrant analysis) etc. There is a free trial for WKO (no cc required)
