    I dont understand why people are giving him crap

    You will work harder and get gains

    You can vary equipment and get gains

    I want both. If his data is correct it can be helpful. I changed my water bottle setup on my TT bike to be more aero. Say it gives you a 60 bp improvement in speed. In a half ironman that cam be 2 to 3-minutes.

    People dont want that?
