    In my case, assuming my shoulder recovers complete functionality (which it should do, albeit with a funny lump on top), I get 5 grand for the bike and another substantial 4 figure sum for the injuries, that’s not necessarily not true.. I’d need to think about it.. ;-)

    If I’d been hit in a different place with the same force or had bounced differently I could easily be in a coma or a wheelchair however, which is very sobering..
