    Gone back to using my Met Sine Thesis over the past few very hot days. Has gel pads, not foam, so dont soak up sweat like regular pads, which then release it over your eyes when they get overwhelmed. Worm with a thin summer cap/skull cap I've been fine. Tight fit though compared with others.

    I use something like this ^ It's very lightweight, and will dry very quickly. If the peak on a cap is the issue, wear it backwards, and it basically becomes a wicking skullcap. Also being of the folically challenged brigade, I very rarely wear just a helmet without a cap of some description.
