An EPS record front mech has an rrp of £439. And that should work.
There might be old stock of a V2 era SR FD at whiskers. That might save a bit.

Wot the great divide said! My EPS has also been faultless, four years of riding now.
And check eBay for a used front mech, you’ll find a good one for £150.
PS I’d go for Record over Super Record, cage is more durable if you’re doing lots of miles.
PPS any version of front mech will work with any version of power unit/interface. (Not Chorus with Record though)0 -
