    Weather looks shoot outside, so might be a run rather than ride today

    Probably visiting my grandad, so that puts a big hole in my day

    It's all birthdays round here! May they all be happy ones. Not much happening here. I keep thinking about cleaning my bike, but then I think there's no point as it will only get covered in crap again.

    just been for a passagiata, dinner of vino tinto and calamari with onions and tomato by the marina and a stroll back. TDV's black risotto with clams was lush. Bambini feasted well - blue steak for bambino, tuna for her.

    Now shattered.
