    I was reminded of this thread today. The three teams that hadn't won at World Tour level by the end of March still haven't.

    AG2R, EF Education and Dimension Data. AG2R don't even have a win at HC level. All three teams' last WT win was in the 2017 Tour de France.

    Whisper it quietly, but when three teams that couldn't scrape a WT win the whole season until now break their duck in the space of six days, it might be an indicator of how much this part of the season is the leftovers...
