Wahooo Elemnt Bolt Owners - Rubber USB Cover Question

I have purchased one recently and have a quick question regarding the little rubber cover over the USB port.
Although mine goes back into and over the port, it doesn't hold in place and keeps popping back open.
How normal is this, has anyone else had a similar issue or do theirs hold back in place OK?
