Is this frame too risky to buy?

Hello everyone! I found this Canyon Nerve 120 frame online for $70 and I think it is a steal. It has a problem on the Top Tube and I am concerned if whether it would be too risky for a 77kgs (169lbs) rider or not. Any tips? I am mostly an XC rider and I am not doing any sort of outta-this-world jumps.
Thank you!

I've had a dented top tube on my cross bike for years with no problems but it's nothing Like that.

I wouldn’t be comfortable with that either. AvoidCannondale Trail 27.5 | 2015

It’s worth it for the rear triangle ... but then you would need to find another gram with s trashed rear to mate the front and back.
Ultimately the frame is trashed and priced on the rear section alone0 -
Despite all of your negative answers, I decided to buy the frame. I personally think it is worth the shot. Even if it will brake, it only costs $70.

I hope you have medical insurance.0

Just to see what other people say?
Looks to be aluminium frame with a crease type dent. It's difficult to say if it is structural that will lead to failure, only way to tell is to ride it (I'm not volunteering BTW)
It could be pulled out by glueing a bolt and then use a bar along the top tube use a nut to pull the dent out.
Certainly do not the hide it with filler as that may hide cracks developing underneath - you need to keep an eye on it.0 -
To each his own. Not like it's anything special, and no shock.
ps. It's break.I don't do smileys.

Indeed, it may brake (good) before it breaks (bad).Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
