I have a Felt VR30 which has a sub-sub compact chainset (46/30) with an 11/32 cassette. Its an alloy bike with hydro disc brakes and weighs a beefy 9.5kg (over 10kg with pedals, cages etc ) but its very comfortable and an ideal clmbing/winter bike.

Or if you want a lighter bike and your budget allows then go for the VR3 carbon version which has the same 'adventure' 46/30 chainset.
