Curry any good?
Been told to naff as they don't need some of us till 10am tomorrow. Not bad on an hourly basis. You can tell how boring it gets by the fact that they have several 1000+ piece jigsaws in the corner..."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." I don't think eating an entire block of extremely ripe brie for lunch was a great idea.0

I do enjoy a good vivid dream, I don't enjoy having to run through the office to the toilet. Still at least I'll be lighter on this evening's ride...0

I've always wondered why people run in the office. Now I know why!
How are the wheels Hayden? First commute on mine today, they seem nice and round and slippery.0 -
Right
Pictures are taken but either a) I can't get the stupid links to work or b)immg bb says that the files are too big to upload.
What do I do?Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

'Trying to look busy or holding in an urgent one', it's a fun guessing game.
The wheels are still lovely. Magically I can now hold over 20mph for 45km on the flat now, not had an opportunity for a long ride though yet, I'm a bit worried that I wont see much improvement on the big hills so I think I'm subconsciously putting it off. I've talked myself into believing that I'll fly up them with the light wheels/new found fitness but maybe I'll be just as bad as before and I'm scared to find out :oops:0 -

Save it as a lower resolution file somehow? Dunno how you might go about that. The picture of my bike the other day was a 6.1MB file.0 -

In other news I've got bad news for anyone that's bought new wheels recently. It's not the wheels that make you faster, it's the whooshing noises. I rode home on my normal wheels but was making whooshing noises and I smashed it. I passed everyone in my path leaving them for dust. So you don't need fancy wheels, you just need to go "whoosh".
All of the above may be bollokcs, except for the bit about me smashing it. No, I mean especially that bit.0 -

I'm going so fast I've borked my Garmin speed sensor. It keeps freezing, going down to zero, then going back to the speed I know I should be doing, given my cadence and ratio, which according to Sheldon's gear ratio calculator is just shy of Mach 2.
I might hit it with a hammer later.0 -
is it the one that straps to the hub? i had one of those do the same, new battery made no difference, it seemed to have got tired of lifemy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0

Nope, it's one of the prehistoric magnets you attach to a spoke, with a reader on the chainstay. I could try a new battery, or buy a Wahoo unit.0

I NEED a 120mm stem. Taken out that last spacer again. I have a whole eyeful of front hub. Heads off happily to websites cos I also needs Halo for sweaty kit, also inner tubes after my rear tyre exploded on the way home. Luckily my multitool has bits that deal with my valve extenders, because I forgot to put the little black plastic thing in my saddle bag.0

Ooh, forgot to say my Ale Verona jersey in fat bastard arrived. It's a snug fit, maybe I should have gone double fat.
Quite impressed with the girl child just now. Has a friend over and they are talking about music, then they rush off to use the computer so she can educate her friend. Started with the Toy Dolls version of Nelly the Elephant. Now watching misheard song lyrics.0 -

think i did, or similar, the planck length is where it gets foamy and stops, assuming current theory is correct, odd thing is the smallest may be further out of our reach than the very large

I think it was the "trump, trump, trump" that got them onto the subject. To answer Stevo, yes that does make me proud. :-)0
