You've all missed the most important prediction...

Post of the Tour, who will claim the coveted prize?

    Netherlands has schooled you well.

No nation gets so pant-wettingly excited about echelons.

I must admit that seeing echelons forming always make me smile purely because of this.

Oh I'd forgotten about the little helicopter hat I gave her. The edit feature in photobucket is a gem.

The bookies may have Porte and Froome on roughly equal footing, or even with Porte slightly ahead, but the forum has gone convincingly for Froome:

    Froome 48%
    Porte 32%
    Bardet, Quintana 9%
    Yates 2%

Picks as of 9.30am UK time - may be small changes before PTP closes.

    Final numbers were even lower:

    Froome 49.0%
    Porte 31.4%
    Bardet 7.8%
    Quintana 7.8%
    Yates 2.0%
    Valverde 2.0%

Valverde man must be a bit disappointed...

Froome will crash out and Geraint will become leader with him holding yellow for the whole race.

Can we have a prediction for worst advert on Eurosport during the broadcast?

I'm going for the Astana tourist board one that fails to even show the city

Dunno. If only there was a price comparison website, which could help ... & maybe sort out the best deals on insurance, vet bills and broadband and so on and so forth.

Edit - Though this is on ITV4 and therefore disallowed.

Dunno. I mean, if you were making an advert to encourage people to visit Rhyl you wouldn't start by showing Rhyl, would you?

Can't be worse than the Watchfinder ads on ITV. Suddenly I can understand why they set fire to Matthew Hopkins after a while.

Didn't know ITV had just as cheesy adverts.. maybe we should expand it out..

I'm just glad Tyler Farrah isn't racing any more :D

I'm changing a prediction. I have come to the conclusion that there are not enough green jersey points in places inaccessible to the pure sprinters for Sagan to beat them. Everyone says it's a forgone conclusion that Sagan wins, but I think someone like Kittel or Demare will win if they try.

You're wrong, I'm afraid. I just made the exact same prediction to a friend - even down to the two guys likely to challenge.

Which, given my ability to call things incorrectly, means that Sagan will romp it while kittel and demare will get shot by the course vet.

And what happened there is the Mocker's gods seeing my attempts to double bluff them.

Sagan will struggle for green now. Looks a fight between the show ponies.
