    I would have said the opposite, as Craft or Bora-Hansgrohe will make money from every world champ jersey sold. His sponsors dont hand out millions of euros a year for no reason, but so he is seen wearing or using their products.

    Heres an interesting article that says Bora-Hansgrohe need that sponsorship money to build a team around Sagan. They could never afford to have him otherwise.
