finally came up with a choice of words today for the headstone that i feel comfortable with but how the hell do you sum up 82 years in 150 letters?
Good question, I'm hoping to get some inspiration from looking at the wording on other headstones in the cemetery.

I decided the best way to sort the house is to out the blinkers on and get turfing out. Seems to be working so far but there's a fair way to go. This is a 2017 job if you see what I mean.

    Flying from Glasgow direct?!

    Oui, senor.

    With what airline?

@HopkinsHopkinsHopkinsHopkins. We collected from Dalbeattie for some 6 years. Know it well. It's a hole in an what is otherwise very pretty part of Galloway.

I was young and in love! Her grandmother lived there, I was banished to a caravan in the garden, but there was clandestine teenage fumbling. There was sailing at a place called Kipford or something, which was why they went each year. Not that I took part, being an oik from Cov, not knowing one end of a boat from another.

Agree on that as well. The Durrells lived in Corfu, if that helps.

We all went to Corfu last August. Loved it. Bit hot. Didnt see any Durrells. Lovely taverna on the beach. Cheap fresh fish or grilled meat, tzatziki, cold white wine. Kids playing with local urchins on the beach.

Not a great place for cycling. I'm done with freezing my balls off in tents and eating out of skips.

Will go camping somewhere wet and dreary later on in the summer. It was Dumfries and Galloway last year  Probably lakes this year.

One of those fumbles. They left you seriously hot under the collar and messed up. Did you get a whiff? You could dine on a whiff for a month.
The only caravan park in the world which is actually quite pretty is Kipford Caravan Park.

I put the question out there and you never said you had. Only a couple from here had been (Matthew wasn't sure). They said it was shite as well. Oh, there was one bloke who said it was ok, but I suspect he wasn't quite right.

8 out of 10 cats do Countdown is on.

Oooh Susie... oooh Rachel. Imagine that in a threesome in a back room in some back alley in Malta. Then you would change your mind,

Seriously? Nah - Sicily is a dump. Like a warm Glasgie but with proper fukk you up and make your body disappear criminals.

I'd prefer not to go to either Malta or Sicily if I had the chance.

I haven't been to Elba but it's meant to be nice. Have you been not, see?

Wishaw or Wythenshaw? The latter I think so, the former no.

    It is nicer than Malta?

You'd love Malta and Sicily if you visited Wishaw. You would think it was idyllic.

Napolean Boneaparte and yourself are the only two people I know of, that have been to Elba.
