Despite this, I'm meeting a pal at Llandegla to do a run - it feels so wrong

Unfortunately you need an audi estate and a horrifically expensive enduro bike to go to Llandegla, especially if you plan on going in the cafe and doing nothing else

Christ I must really stand out, especially when I turn up on the road bike for a cafe stop. Ah well the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about. It is definitely a location where there is a lot of money on bike kit without always the fitness or talent.

Most of the welsh crowd like to park on local verges and be cheap, cos £60 a year on top of running a bike is too much, this obviously means only those with Audi's and trucks can afford the parking pass.

Still all in all not a bad trail centre when it is 30 minutes from my door.

It's pretty good, had a few good rides there but there isn't much very steep or dangerous stuff, managed to break my arm there in a high speed bike malfuntion once though... I think it will get better at some point too but I'm not too sure what the plan is yet. Best not comment on the parking as I work for a company which is 'involved'

It's a good feeling isn't it. Only another 150 minutes to go until my weekend.

Just got home and my taped on tubs didn't fall off once. Phew.

Did notice that my rear Sprinter is cracking though, which sucks, but as it's about 6 years old I'm not too bothered. Will get the next ones up to replace - Podiums or summat.

Exactly, that's why I want to sell it.
It's the weekend for me now. Got to take the girl for what should be final appointment with psychotherapist first thing then off for a mucky pedal with pub stops.
