WFW today. Can't run today, bad hip flexor, so I just came to work, been in the office since 7. Don't quite understand, may just eat chocolate and drink coffee in a state of confusion.

    Hopefully new person will return

    Ciao

Weather is fine here so bunking off school to hang with the cubs of the caliphate and TDV. The Hound will be guiding us and, inshallah, I shall fit the chain to my count bike and bolt on the rear caliper.

Apart from that, I am off to make some coffee before a quick weights sesh. May even go for a jogette to see how the knee is.

jogging isn't the greatest for knees, if your knee wasn't right yesterday i'd give it a few days to recover some more

I reckon that was enough, could have been cut shorter in fact.
    Morning folks,
Managed to wobble in to work this morning, still doesn't exactly feel spring like. I'm bored of this why can't the sun shine and it be warm? Not much going on today, need to pop out and see the man about the dog I didn't manage to see yesterday. Second cup of tea has just been delivered, this is good.

    McNing,

woken in the night by a very angry other half being, short version, short version, Nosebleed, sneezing fit facing her. so a fun day and ill likely have some at work just to liven things up.
Anyway, grey non descript weather today, bit chilly but should warm up, maybe all of a degree or two.

Office, Home, turbo, dinner, sleep, probably on the sofa or in the bath knowing my luck.

Sounds like the way forward. I must admit to not being the greatest fan of running/jogging so any excuse to sack it off is a good excuse in my book. Will go for a ride with Bambina later instead methinks.

    Top advice Dr Sungod :)

Will do this tomorrow as have agreed to take well fit burd from work out for a run. I only do it to look at her norks, because, as stated above, I don't particularly like running or jogging or moving at any speed that doesn't involve a bi-cycle or a moto-sickle really.

    Morning,

Another very nice day here, ran up a big hill after work yesterday, it was worth it for the view but I'm suffering today. Many coffees and some gear perusal online will get me through

1 poo so far, still got a funny stomach from the wedding on the weekend

Now just to be serious for a moment, when we mention the number of poos, do we mean individual visits to the toilet or number of separate poos in the toilet bowl?

In my case it would be visits to the toilet, I wouldn't know how to count individual poos when they are a a 7 on that scale...

No pictures but it was so apocalyptic in volume that my fitbit scales have stopped mistaking me for one of my friends and started mistaking me for the GF's sister who is a professional dancer and weighs next to nothing...
