Hello, I have the book named: Time-Crunched Cyclist, 2nd.
In the last week of each plan is where the peak of form is reached. My question is: the peak of form just lasts that weekend of the competition or can be lengthen something else?.

How long can you peak or hold form?I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0 -
Based on the training programs of the book, the peak form is only for week 12 but I would like to lengthen the peak form for more time.0
