Any chance of a summary? Just got back to my hotel and crashed out in the bath. The thought of walking 20 minutes to Rapha is too scary!

Gilbert solo with a minute. GvA Sagan Trentin and other B listers in chase.

Is Rowe back in the chasers? I saw he had an off.

Kirby - 'Gilbert's advantage is slowly but surely being eroded'

    37k to go it was 55", 27k left and it's 56".

On target for sub 4 hours at half way, stomach cramps at 15 miles left me walking virtually all of the last 11 miles. Finished in 4.52 - gutted, literally! First one out of the way though, the course for my next one should be more interesting though!
Well done for getting it finished. Can happen to all of us.

I had the same problem on the run leg of the Iron distance tri I did a couple of years ago. Once it happens there's not really anything you can do.

Looks like more of the chasers contributing now as they realise Sagan and gva cant do it themselves

He's basically been holding 55-60s for the last 20-odd km.

Sagan still only 11/4 to win, thought I might have a cheeky cover bet as I've already backed Gilbert but I won't bother. Got my money's worth regardless!

Sagan looks really easy still. Can he bridge across?

It's all about Gilbert. If he has to park it on the next two it's game over.

    But that's unlikely.

Sagan and GVA are the only one's really chasing. It's Gilbert vs them.

    Come on Gilbert

Oude Kwaremont is not a bad/very hard climb... its just a "drag"... Its all about the top of paterberg and the long ride in... Sagan will move on Paterberg and then the drag race will be on... well, i think

Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.
