Track down threads Shed 1 and Shed 2. All you ever need to know about sheds are contained therein.
Whose Shed is this wooden cabin?Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Here, will probably need a floor. make it out of decking as the one supplied will be flimsy. Would benefit from glass instead of the cheap perspex they supply:

This shape makes changing the felt on the roof easier at some future point. I also like the access:

You can always colour it in whatever colour you want and it's pressure treated so will last eons.
Ideally, both of them need a decent base to sit it on but that is the same for a £600 shed.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

You're going to pay £350 extra 'cos 'it's assembled' ! There's shirking and there's shirking. They are not difficult to assemble.0 -

what sort of schizzle are you looking for?seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
Much heftier version of garden shed.
Bigger, stronger, designed for builders to shift building stuff in and out of rather than namby pamby garden Shed designed for keeping grot mags in and masturbating. Generally bigger doors so easier to get bikes in and out - espesh mtbs with wider bars.
Heavier to lift and shift but will last eons longer.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Good call but no. Bloke put up a thread asking questions about a shed then immediately put up another thread asking same questions.
Went threads then went off on a tangent. Classic vintage CS before Commmuntergate got everything killed.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Build one out of brick. Ask our resident in Portugal for some top tips in adding a roof. Add wood burning stove, comfortable chairs, speakers, bike stand, wall mounted bike tools, cat basket, fridge for beers and shelf for spirits. Then you can a wood store to the side and if you're really posh put some carpet in and a pool table at the other end.
