Of course it was smashed to bits soon after and has not been played with since. But I'm fine about it, honest :(

    Now that rocks.

Bambino is mad for LEGO - will post some of his stuff.

A couple of years ago I built a Lego FOB with him including ISIS executing people in a corner. TDV shook her head in a disapproving way.

Lego rocks. Imagine TDSD playing with Lego.

Apologies, I went out to pick up some stuff and ended up tinkering in the shed for hours when I got back. I'm not supposed to be doing anything at all for another couple of days so I'm pushing it with my purple plums.

So, the LEGO...we went to Disneyland Paris a couple of years ago, and bought my son some of the little micro fighter sets, as you do. I hadn't bought any since I was a kid, but that piqued my interest and I started looking at the bigger sets. Then they weren't enough, so I started building bigger stuff than those.

This is what I'm working on at the moment, it's not 100% finished yet and will be expanded for its final iteration at the Yorkshire Brick Show at the end of April. The only things in the display that are actual retail sets are the two X-Wings and the Millennium Falcon, everything else I custom made.

There's now a Lego thread that might need your attention.

In my best club secretary/road captain voice:

Please can everyone ensure any Lego related pictures are posted in the right thread. It's not fuckking anarchy around here you know.

But if anyone wants to post pictures of TDSDWOCF then please go ahead.

    Afternoon Lego lovers,

Spent most of today dealing with awkward people if far away places. Didn't get everything done but really don't feel like doing anything resembling work over the weekend. At the moment I feel like a I need rest, exercise and booze, which don't always go well together.

You don't even need to read the thread - just make it up and stick it on the side of a bus then everyone will believe what you wrote and all will be well.
